We stayed for 6 days and it was amazing. The condo was very clean and comfortable and came with everything you could possibly need while there. The location to the beach was excellent, the bay was literally steps from the condo and the gulf beach was just a short walk across the street. Restaurants and shops were just a few minutes drive down the road. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved the condo. We lived how convenient it was to everything. Right across the road from the public parking access to the gulf if we choose that. Which we did one day, but there was nobody on the sound side so we preferred that privacy. The unit was very clean, the views are great & host was very responsive to messages. We will definitely be back & recommend to friends!

Towels need industrial cleaning. Guest bedroom floor & drop-off from hall needs to be addressed. No bathroom on first floor in case you're disabled. Great views and location. Gated.

I’m sorry the towels and guest bedroom floor did not meet expectations, and that the lack of a first-floor bathroom made the home less accessible. We’ve reinforced our linen-cleaning checks and asked housekeeping to give the guest bedroom floor and hallway drop-off extra attention during inspections. We’ll also clarify in the listing that there is no bathroom on the first floor so guests can assess whether the layout suits their needs.

Palm Beach Club never disappoints!! We stay at this condo complex several times a year! The bay is your back yard and the gulf is your front yard! All of the condos are very spacious and have AMAZING views!! This condo was very clean and graciously supplied with everything you need to feel right at home! We definitely recommend this condo to EVERYONE!! Rob & Kathy B!

Pensacola Beach get away.

Very clean unit awesome location on the bay with easy access to the gulf and quick access to shopping on Pensacola Beach. Also slide out to Ft Pickens and watch the famous Blue Angels practice shows!

Bayside stay in Pensacola Beach

Great stay! Place was clean and check in was easy. It was towards the end of the line of condos/hotels on the road so the beach was very nice and quiet. The views are all of the bay but still very beautiful and serene. Awesome for paddleboarding; still close enough to local restaurants. Hope to come back again next year!

Summer Trip

We love Palm Beach Club! It's in a great location close to both the gulf and the bay, and right on the trolly route as well. We used to stay at my Aunt's condo unit before it was sold, and were thrilled to find this condo unit for our summer vacation! It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. We had a great stay!

Great Location, But Needs AttentionThe location is wonderful—close to everything and directly across from the ocean. However, I would clarify that although the listing says “beachfront,” the beach access is bay-side, not oceanfront.There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The blankets in the ottoman smelled and appeared to be wadded up rather than cleaned. Ceiling fans had quite a bit of dust, the master rug needs cleaning, and there were chips under the living room ottoman. There was also makeup/blood/sunless tanner on a beach chair and the master bedroom door.The master bedroom floor is cracked and appears to be cracking further. The master bathroom exhaust fan does not work, and the living/dining areas could use brighter lighting.There was an excessive amount of sand in the master closet and on the beach equipment from previous guests. Using the locker at the parking space for beach gear may help keep sand out of the condo.There are only three actual beach chairs; the fourth is a camping chair. One beach chair was already broken and had a sharp piece that cut my husband's hand. I strongly recommend inspecting beach equipment for damage rather than simply counting items, so guests aren't blamed for pre-existing damage.Also, this is a split-foyer layout with all bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and no upstairs restroom.Overall, the condo has a fantastic location and potential, but it needs more thorough cleaning, maintenance, and better inspection.

Condo was very clean and listing was completely accurate. We loved the option of being able to set up on the bay side and at the pool or right across the street at the beach. Being down at the very end of the road before the park made for quiet days and evenings. The condo had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, umbrella and beach towels. With it being a small complex it was not busy at all and we plenty of room at the beach on the bay or at the pool. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Pensacola Beach and recommending to friends and family as well.

Peaceful Beach Getaway

Our stay at this condo was peaceful and relaxing. Check-in and out was very easy. The condo was as seen in the listing. The bayside waterfront view was fantastic, especially at sunset. This location gave options of being as quiet or as busy as you would like to be on your vacation. We will definitely return when visiting Pensacola Beach again.

A Terrific Stay in a Great Place

We’ve rented scores of places in the US and abroad, and the condo was is one of the best ever. All the furnishing (sofas, chairs, bedding, etc.)in the apartment are first rate. The appliances are in excellent condition, and there is a very large assortment of dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. One mark of a great stay was that a minor issue was immediately dealt with by Krista who followed up by phone and text to make sure everything was in order. We hope to return to and highly recommend it. Thanks again, Krista.
