The property was amazing, with fantastic views of the beautiful beaches from the 3 main bedrooms and living room. All the furniture was in great shape, well maintained, and in great working order. The place had everything we needed to prepare our meals and felt like home while we were there. The building had a nice pool and hot tubs for when the waves were too rough. The beach was clean, white sandy, and the beach transition into the ocean was long and gradual, leaving plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the waves. We would gladly love to stay here again!

The place was ok but not a 5 STAR penthouse. The building is very old and shabby, only 1 elevator worked. The rooms are nicely decorated but all floor board were dirty and trash can disgusting. The closets in each room were covered in stuff & things and we could not use them. Dresser was stuffed with more pillows. Pillow cases were for queen size bed on king size pillow, just cheap looking. The mattress topper made the master bed too tall to enter and too soft to sleep in. One shower was not working/ out of order sign on it. Overall not bad place, but did not meet our expectations for a luxurious penthouse as advertised.

Thanks so much for your review. We're sorry our place didn't fully meet your expectations for a luxurious penthouse. We appreciate your notes regarding the building, the elevator, the cleanliness of the floors and trash can, the closets, the pillows, the mattress topper, and the shower.
