Welcome—to the ZUM Fuchs Apartment!

Our house was built in 2021 and is located in the Kitzbühel district, right next to the Hohe Salve in the village of ITTER. It features an approximately 70 m² apartment designed to accommodate up to 6 people.

Whether summer or winter, our apartment is the perfect starting point for enjoying nature.

Thanks to its particularly convenient location next to the Salvistabahn gondola station in Itter, you’ll have direct access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental in winter (travel time by car: 2 min; walking time: approx. 10 min). When snow conditions are good, you can ski right up to the apartment’s front door.

In summer, too, there are plenty of outdoor activities to choose from, including fantastic hikes on the Wilder Kaiser—just a few minutes’ drive away—or bike rides on the bike path right outside the front door.

• Private garden with a covered terrace
• Storage room for skis, bicycles, etc.
• TV in the living area and the bedrooms, Wi-Fi
• 2 parking spaces



On-site costs: Two parking spaces are available free of charge. Pets are allowed upon request (additional fee).



Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
