On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Asti, in a central, sunny position, west facing position. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Arbour (15 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 3 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Prima Agriturismo perfect

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en bijzonder complete en comfortabele agrituriso. We waren aangenaam verrast van dit onderkomen en kunnen het iedereen aanraden die hier voor de rust komt. Helaas is er geen zwembad dus voor opgroeide kinderen iets minder geschikt maar juist ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Voldoende speelruimte in de tuinen. Asti en omgeving zijn leuke uitstapjes en zelfs Turijn is niet ver weg. Erg mooie en schone stad. Zeker een aanrader.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Casa Margherita ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Weingebiete mit ihren wunderbaren Orten, Turin, die Berge oder das Mittelmeer. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert sehr gut. Im Bad sind sowohl Dusche als auch eine Wanne vorhanden. Der Garten verfügt über verschiedene wunderschöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Tolle Gastfreundschaft

Die Besitzerin hat beim Check-In alles super erklärt und war sehr freundlich und liebenswürdig. Gewisse Grundnahrungsmittel wie Milch, Kaffee und sogar Früchte gehörten zur Gastfreundschaft mit dazu. So möchte man als Gast empfangen werden... Ich bedanke mich nochmals dafür. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat schöne Wandmalereien und Stukkaturen und bietet insgesamt alles, was man braucht. Im GArten kann man sich bequem und ungestört entspannen, wenn etwas gebraucht wird, kann man sich an den Hausmeister wenden. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen... Danke für alles Roberto und Maria
