Easy to find the house and to get to from other places in Pipestone. A nice quiet neighborhood. Tight quarters, but it is a small house--good for one or two people.

This was a quick mother/daughter trip to Pipestone National Park. I was initially hesitate due to the lack of reviews and exterior views. However, I contacted the host and Brenda sent photos of the front of the listing, explained why there were no photos of the back and kept in contact about the additional questions I had about the posting. Everything was wonderful. We knew the town was small so we stocked up before arrival, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. About 6 miles from the National Park. There was an abundance of towels in various sizes, for an OCD person that is extremely important! We travel to Canada often and this may become a stop over on a future road trip. It was lovely and as described. Most importantly I appreciate the host answering my questions without impatience. When traveling with a senior parent it's important that even the slighted detail is assured such as the number of steps a person to enter. And, Brenda was understanding and informative with every detail. *This is not a complaint but a recommendation: I'm sure most don't use the pull out but I would recommend getting a mattress top from IKEA for the sofa bed. Oh, There is also a small patio out back.
