This is a brand new house and the owners put every attention to detail. Screened porch and fire pit allowed plenty of space to spread out. Game room had plenty to keep you entertained. Kitchen and living room are one open space which made it great for everyone to be together. The master bath and bedroom were phenomenal. The other 2 bedrooms located opposite end of house were great as well. The house is well stocked with everything you can think of. Great location in town and would definitely recommend.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS - Kevin & Cathy
Many of our guests ask if we are from the area and how we got into the hosting business.
Hear is a little about us. Kevin grew up in southwest Missouri on a small farm and after high school joined the Army and served in the Military Police. After the Army Kevin joined the Springfield Police Department and spent over 28 years serving the community of Springfield Missouri. Kevin retired in 2012 as the Deputy Chief.
Cathy grew up on a farm near Gravity Iowa and after high school obtained her degree to become a medical laboratory scientist. Her career path led her to Springfield Missouri to work in the laboratory at the Springfield Greene County Health Dept.
Kevin and Cathy meet at a city planning meeting and after getting to know each other Cathy introduced Kevin to Adventure Racing. After several months Kevin and Cathy were married. Kevin & Cathy have been married for over 20 years.
Kevin has been involved in real estate investment and rental management for over 40 years, and Cathy has been his A#1 helper for over 20 years.
A few years ago, we saw an opportunity to open a guest house in Clarinda and here we are!
All of Cathy’s very large family live in the southwest Iowa area and are a great help and support in helping manage guest services.
