It has 1 double room and two additional folding beds in the living room. The living room is spacious with a cosy chemineé corner with a south-facing view of the skiing and hiking area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and dishwasher. Coffee machine is available. A washing machine/tumbler for use with coin-operated machine is in the cellar. A parking space is available in the underground car park. There is also a ski room for skis and boots. The nearest transport facility with a connection to the ski area is the Platz chairlift, a 5-minute walk away. The centre with post office and VOLG supermarket can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In winter, from Christmas to Easter, the free sports bus runs the Südelhöhe - Rothorn route every 30 minutes, providing excellent access to all valley stations and the centre of Sörenberg. The bus stop is in front of the house.
