Our "Kleine Auszeit" holiday rental offers plenty of space for up to 5 people in a total of 53 m². You enter the apartment on the ground floor. Here you’ll find the coat closet, where you’ll also find everything you need for mini-golf, table tennis, and other outdoor games. A staircase leads you to the bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. The living area features a sunny south-facing balcony. It has been recently renovated and offers a peaceful view of the mini-golf course, which is illuminated in the evening and is therefore a beautiful sight. Thanks to the cosy seating area, you can enjoy a meal here, play games, simply soak up the sun, or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. Back in the living area, you’ll find a large box-spring sleeper sofa, a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, a radio with a large selection of children’s CDs, and plenty of books and games for all ages. So even when the weather’s bad, you’re sure to stay entertained. The kitchenette has everything you could want, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster. A large refrigerator with a freezer compartment is, of course, also provided. The small but cosy shower room is equipped with a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries. Last but not least, let’s head to the bedroom. Here you’ll find a 1.80-meter box-spring bed, a bunk bed, a large closet, and a desk. Bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi are included in the price. RESORT: The apartment is part of a holiday resort, and you’re welcome to enjoy all its amenities. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is available from midnight to 11:00 AM. Keys are conveniently retrieved from the key safe. You will receive the code shortly before arrival. Pets are not allowed. (The apartment is not suitable for people with allergies.) Please transfer the tourist tax of 2.30 EUR per person per night (ages 16 and up) and 1.40 EUR per person per night (ages 6–15) to us in advance, as we must register you with the tourist office and then remit this fee.
