Ideal for two people, it offers a cosy atmosphere, modern amenities, and a breathtaking view of the sea—right from the living room and the sunny south-facing balcony.<br><br>The bright, lovingly furnished apartment features a practical kitchen, a well-maintained bathroom, a living area with a couch, dining table, TV, and Bluetooth speaker, as well as a bedroom with two comfortable beds (0.90 m and 1.40 m wide)—perfect for couples or two close friends.<br><br>The south-facing balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or wind down at the end of the day with a view of the Baltic Sea. A private parking space is available for your vehicle right next to the accommodation.<br><br>You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge from the owners upon request.<br><br>Please note: The photos of this apartment may differ slightly following the renovation. The doors, flooring, and bathroom have been updated.<br><br>The fine-sand beach and the Pelzerhaken promenade are just about 100 metres away via a private staircase—a holiday couldn’t be any closer to the sea!<br><br>Optionally, you also have the option to stay in the apartment building with up to 22 people. To do so, book the additional apartments—Windrose 1–4 and 6.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> With a direct south-facing view of the Baltic Sea, the “Windrose” guesthouse in Pelzerhaken is situated on elevated ground amid a grove of mature trees. The Baltic Sea beach, which you can reach directly via a private staircase, is only 100 m away. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the promenade are accessible via a barrier-free path in just a few minutes. <br><br>In the well-maintained and newly renovated “Windrose” guesthouse, six cosy holiday apartments with terraces or balconies are available to our guests. The property stands out for its proximity to the Baltic Sea beach and its south-facing ocean view. Use of a washing machine is available upon request.<br><br>Apartments 1–3 are located on the ground floor and feature their own terraces with ocean views. In front of the terraces is a lawn area, part of which is available for shared use. All terraces have their own beach chair.<br><br>Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor; apartments 5 and 6 are on the second floor and are accessible via a staircase. Apartments 4, 5, and 6 feature a south-facing balcony with a sea view. <br><br>Each apartment comes with a parking space. Bicycles can be securely stored in a lockable garage. <br><br>The town of Pelzerhaken is part of the port city of Neustadt in Holstein in the Bay of Lübeck. A long promenade lined with small shops and restaurants connects the town’s many different beaches. In addition to the main swimming beach at the pier, there is also a dog beach, a natural beach with cliffs, a nude beach, and a surfing beach.
