Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 3.3 km, bus stop 4.9 km, sandy beach 2.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property.
