Ground-floor apartment—35 square metres, living room/bedroom with a large double bed, adjustable slatted frame, high-quality mattresses, spacious closet, sofa set, built-in kitchen with dining area, plenty of kitchen utensils, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, shower/toilet, grab bars in the shower and by the toilet, shower mat, shower stool, hair dryer. Covered south-facing terrace with direct access to the lawn, garden, and parking spaces. Ample bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels provided. The beds are freshly made upon arrival! If needed, a travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. Breakfast is available upon request! Breakfast can also be served in the apartment! The price is for 2 people, but you may also stay in the apartment alone! Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but is allowed on the terrace or in the garden. Thank you—please leave the apartment “swept clean”! A deposit of 40% is due at the time of booking. You’ll pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. * Check-in: from 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM at the latest * Check-out: by 10:00 AM * Keys will be handed over in person on-site. * Pets are “welcome,” but there is a daily fee of 12.00 EUR per day. * Breakfast, available for an additional fee: per person per day: 14.00 EUR for adults; children ages 0–2 eat breakfast for free; children ages 3–6: 5.00 EUR; children ages 6–12: 8.00 EUR. Children 13 years and older pay the adult rate! * Children aged 0–2 stay for free! Children aged 3–6:10.00 EUR; children aged 6–12:20.00 EUR.
