It’s a mini house, comparable to a studio apartment. Nestled in-between cornfields near a few Amish farms. The cabin has everything you need. Very welcoming and kind of centered between Cayuga and Seneca lakes.

Nice quaint cottages in the countryside of Ovid, NY. Close to wineries. You will need to bring paper plates, bowls, etc. if you plan on eating at the cottage. Cottage was clean and host would quickly respond to any questions.

The Finger Lakes is a beautiful place and brings it own calmness and relaxation. We wanted to provide comfort to our guests as they explore the different places of their choice and be able to feel great knowing that they will relax in a peaceful place.

Why they chose this property

This location sits in between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes which is also known for their wine trails. It is quiet and serene with some wildlife.
It is within close proximity to wineries, distilleries, breweries, restaurants, water falls/hiking, State Park (Sampson) on the lake, horse back riding (DK RANCH) and well known Watkins Glen.

What makes this property unique

While there are many other beautiful places to stay, we hope you enjoy the colors, calm and freshness in the air. After all the fun activities, I am sure you will enjoy a peaceful sleep and refresh your energy for the next adventure.
