With 130 m² of living space, it offers room for couples, multigenerational holidays, or relaxing days with friends.<br>The spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a generously equipped kitchen invites you to spend time together. Three separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds guarantee restful nights. The bedroom with a lake view features an additional TV and a cot. Another bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a large bathtub offers a retreat for relaxing together. The house is complemented by an additional modern shower room.<br>Underfloor heating, a fireplace, and a modern ventilation system (with pollen filters) ensure a pleasant living environment year-round.
