Vacation apartment "Niels" ground floor - Stadthaus Südertraum

The Niels apartment is located on the ground floor. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults. An extra bed and a high chair for a toddler are available here. An LCD satellite TV and a dishwasher are at your disposal. You’re also welcome to use the garden. Chairs, a table, and a barbecue grill are provided.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



Our townhouse Südertraum
boasts an excellent location,
right in the heart of Tönning’s historic city centre.
Quietly situated on a side street next to the small city park
, your holiday home is located right near the
church and the market square.

There you’ll find the tourist information office, bakeries, banks,
library, pharmacy, and restaurants.

The historic harbour, the beach
with its large children’s playground, and the outdoor pool
located on the dike are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

If you’re arriving by train, it’s a five-minute walk at most to your accommodation.



On-site costs: Wi-Fi is free. The final cleaning fee is 70 €. No pets! Both apartments are non-smoking. A visitor’s tax is charged per day and per adult in Tönning. Please settle this directly with the Tourism Office, Am Markt 2, 25832 Tönning.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.

Die Wohnung Niels im Haus Südertraum ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die ruhige Lage, mit ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten ermöglicht fußläufig den Besuch des Hafens und der anliegenden Restaurants. Ein Bäcker und ein Eiscafé befindet sich ebenfalls "ums Eck". Die Schlüsselübergabe zur reinlichen Wohnung erfolgte problemlos per Keysafe.Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Das Bad ist mit einer ebenerdigen, großzugigen Dusche ausgestattet. Sogar im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher. Das Wlan ist in ausreichender Qualität bereitgestellt. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine großzügige Terrasse mit kleinem, windgeschütztem Garten. Danke! an den Besitzer der die defekte Sitzgarnitur sofort, nach einer Mail gegen eine neue Sitzgruppe ausgetauscht hat. Die Unterkunft lädt geradezu ein ausgedehnte Radtouren ins Umland zu unternehmen., z.B. Büsum, Husum, St. Peter Ording, Friederichsstadt, Eidersperrwerk etc. wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung und der beschaulichen Stadt Tönning sehr gut erholt.

Sehr saubere, hochwertige Wohnung, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, schöner kleiner Hafen zwei Straßen weiter, 20 min bis zum Meer
