On the lower level are the two bedrooms (one with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and an adjoining balcony, as well as a second TV, 1 with a comfortable sleeper sofa measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m), a walk-in closet, and the spacious, light-filled, modern bathroom with natural light.
The upper level is accessible via a spiral staircase. There you’ll find a living-dining area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a JBL radio with a soundbar, and a PlayStation 3 with Blu-ray, Wi-Fi, and internet radio. This space is perfect for enjoying time together. The large corner balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and accessible from the living area, is a wonderful place to relax.

A parking space has been reserved for you. A quick note: Since nature, unfortunately, cannot be controlled, there are occasional instances where the tree above your parking space may drip sap or birds may leave droppings from the tree. We therefore recommend that you bring a car cover.
