The modern architect-designed villa with its unique design and dreamlike infinity pool is located at a climatically ideal altitude of approx. 300 metres above sea level, in a privileged secluded location on the coast of Puntagorda in the beautiful, sunny west of the island. Here you have a sensational panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, the lovely coastal landscape and the impressive vegetation with marvellous sunsets all year round. The secluded location without stray light also guarantees a gigantic view of the starry sky.

The modern holiday villa is situated in a stately, secluded location on a rocky outcrop and impresses with a combination of simple elegance and inviting cosiness. Purist modernity is deliberately paired with Canarian tradition. The predominantly white colour scheme means that the view in every room is directed towards the fascinating natural spectacles of the sea and the horizon through oversized panoramic windows. You can enjoy a marvellous view of the Atlantic from every room in the villa, even from the bathroom and shower. The centrepiece of the architect-designed complex is a light-flooded designer kitchen with cooking island and bar counter. It is equipped with high-quality BOSCH appliances and invites you to cook and feast. The extensive equipment also includes a portafilter espresso machine, an electric coffee grinder, a juicer, various wine and champagne buckets as well as stylish glasses, crockery and cutlery. Separated by a split level, the living area is adjoined by a customised leather sofa with comfortable chaise longue, a liquor bar, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a wine rack and an elegant dining table with comfortable leather chairs. Whether you are reading, entertaining, watching TV, eating or drinking, you have a marvellous view over the pool deck to the enchanting landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. The two bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, are located in the wings to the left and right of the main complex. This provides plenty of privacy and a private terrace in front of each bedroom. Both private rooms have sea views from the bed. The high-quality, custom-made solid wood beds offer maximum sleeping comfort. This is also ensured by orthopaedic natural rubber mattresses from a German manufacturer, treated with anti-allergic neem tree seed extract. The various pillows and bedding are made of anti-allergic silk and camel fluff, and the bed linen is certified organic. Two electronically operated roof domes with skylights offer a view of La Palma's fascinating starry sky from inside the house. The architecturally unique interior roof domes can be illuminated with LED strips in white and a wide variety of colour tones, offering ideal lighting conditions depending on your mood and activity. The villa has a very good and powerful WLAN.

The ambience inside and outside the villa invites you to relax: beautifully planted large and small palm trees as well as many different tropical plants frame the outdoor areas with stone terraces on different levels and give the modern villa its charm. The furnishings in the outdoor area are also of the highest quality. Here you will find luxury loungers with extremely soft and high cushions that guarantee a relaxed lying experience. A chill-out hanging chair for 2 people invites you to read, dream and gaze out to sea in the shade of various palm trees. A large wooden table with six rattan armchairs offers plenty of space for dining with friends. There is a modern gas barbecue in the open-plan old Canarian cottage on the lower terrace. There is a further dining area with table on this level. The modern white infinity pool is particularly suitable for swimming due to its size (2.70m x 10.00m) and creates the wonderful feeling of swimming out to sea. It can be heated via a photovoltaic system (11.1 KWp) belonging to the villa using a heat pump, so that nothing stands in the way of swimming fun even in winter. However, depending on the weather, ideal water temperatures cannot be guaranteed at all times. The pool, which is purified with skin-friendly salt water treatment and overflow, is electronically controlled and ensures an ideal pH value at all times. An outdoor shower below the pool guarantees a pleasant showering experience under the stars thanks to a hot water connection.

The landlords pay attention to sustainability: the villa has a quasi-autonomous power supply. This is ensured by an 11.1 KWp photovoltaic system and a suitably sized battery pack. At the same time, a backup system ensures that there are no restrictions to the power supply. The holiday villa has a charging station for electric cars for free charging with the available surplus energy. This means that the free service provided by the landlords requires that sufficient surplus energy is available to charge the electric cars. The charging stations are programmed accordingly so that any surplus energy generated is available for charging the electric cars. A drinking water filter system saves you the hassle of lugging around water bottles and also helps to avoid plastic waste. The waste disposal system in the kitchen makes it easy to separate waste (on La Palma, waste separation and recycling are important). The landlords have their own vineyards on site, they offer a speciality service for special wines & spirits including their own wines. The landlords have also planted a large olive grove on the huge finca grounds and produce their own olive oil. The villa has no right angle, but opens up architecturally towards the sea. This results in exceptionally good acoustics in the house. As the house, the terraces and the pool area are not visible, the holiday villa is also ideal for naturists. As there is no stray light in the neighbourhood, it is ideal for those interested in astronomy and stargazing. There is a stable about 500 metres away. Rides along the Puntagorda coast are offered there for experienced riders for a fee.

The villa is located approx. 3 km below the village of Puntagorda in a secluded location on a headland. The Barranco de las Animas, which is known as a nesting site for rare bird species, stretches down to the sea in the immediate vicinity. This makes it a wonderful place for bird watching and, in good sea conditions, dolphin and whale watching. Just a few hundred metres from the house you can reach the start of various hiking trails. The entire north-west of the island is a unique hiking paradise with plenty to discover: wild gorges, extensive pine forests, secluded beaches, Mediterranean landscapes and tranquil villages where time seems to stand still. The popular town of Puntagorda is nestled between green hills and flowering gardens at an altitude of around 600 metres. There you will find all the important facilities such as the town hall, post office, bank, churches, health centre, many shopping facilities, a pharmacy, tourist information, a swimming pool and various bars and restaurants. Wine, fruit, vegetables and almonds are also grown in this area. In spring, the almond blossom transforms the landscape into a sea of white and pink. The farmers' market "Mercadillo de Puntagorda" is an interesting event at the weekend. In addition to delicious island delicacies, you are sure to find a nice souvenir or souvenir to take home.
