The one-room holiday apartment (approx. 35 square metres) is located in a quiet residential area near the Kiebitzmoor. The apartment, which has a separate entrance, is suitable for two people. An additional person can easily stay overnight using the pull-out sofa bed. Suitable for a family with one child.
The holiday apartment is equipped with a generously appointed kitchenette and a separate bathroom with a shower. You’ll find an exceptionally well-designed space, with the sleeping area visually separated by a curtain.
The property features a covered seating area and parking under the carport. Shopping options are located nearby.

The holiday apartment (approx. 35 sqm) is a 1-room unit that is visually divided by two steps into a sleeping area and a living area with a kitchenette.
Kitchen amenities include, among other things: a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an electric stove (2-burner ceramic cooktop with oven), as well as a full set of dishes.
The non-smoking apartment is on the ground floor and has laminate flooring.
The sunny orientation encourages guests to spend the afternoon and evening hours relaxing in the beach chair or in the covered seating area. Smoking is permitted here. We ask that you do not smoke inside the holiday rental.
