Welcome to the "Backbord" apartment - a charming ground floor apartment with approximately 59m² right on the beach of Schwarzer Busch. In front is the restaurant Traditionshaus Seeblick. Hallo Team vom "PAS", wir könnten im Apartment "Backbord" eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbringen. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Leider gab es im Flur unangenehme Gerüche, sehr wahrscheinlich wegen angrenzenden Gewerberäumen. Jedoch gab es ein Defizit, die Wohnung verfügte nicht über einen W-lan Anschluss. Meine Frau und ich sind Gewerbetreibende und waren dadurch von der Außenwelt getrennt. In der heutigen Zeit gehört ein funktionierendes W-lan vergleichsweise wie das Geschirr zum Schrank.

Liebes PAS-Team, wir haben uns uns wirklich sehr wohl im Apartment „Backbord“ gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön / praktisch eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag fallen uns nur die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern ein. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für 5 Sterne beim Wohlfühlfaktor fehlen leider Fliegengaze vor den Fenstern. Evtl könnte im Flur eine Schlüsselablage angebracht werden - aber das ist nur ein Vorschlag, der nicht in die Bewertung eingeflossen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war alles sehr schön! Die Lage, die Ausstattung, Gemütlichkeit. Für Hundebesitzer wäre es noch optimal, wenn man die Terasse separieren könnte. Auch die Fahrradständer müssten nicht genau vor dem Fenster des Wohnraumes/ Esstisch sein. Da wir Hunde haben, die auf Staubsauger irritiert reagieren, wäre ein Besen (Handfeger+ Schaufel) fürs schnelle Zwischendurch super. Super waren die flexiblen Rollos, die individuell Sonne oder Einblicke durch direkte Nachbarn blockiert haben. Die Lichtverhälthältnisse und das Raumklima waren angenehm. Die Ausstattunge der Küche hat sehr gefallen. Die Hundestrände waren für uns gut zu erreichen und man konnte dort recht freizügig den Tag genießen.

Einen Stern mehr hätte es gegeben, wenn wenigstens an zwei Fenstern ein Fliegengitter gewesen wäre. Mann könnte beruhigter lüften, uns mögen die Mücken besonders gerne und ich reagiere auch stark auf jeden Stich, und es gibt auch weniger Flecken an den weißen Wänden. Sehr schön ist die Abstellkammer/Ankleidezimmer dadurch hat Mann genügend Platz für seine Sachen.
