quiet spot outside of Berlin

The place offers us a great balance between visiting Berlin and have calm and peaceful times away of the pulsating life of the capital city. We enjoyed our time there and would be happy to recommend it.

Vacation apartment

The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was nice and clean. About a 10 minute walk through a nice Neighborhood to the nearest bus stop, from there on it’s really easy to get to the center of Berlin.

So-so

The owner is so nice and friendly but apartment is a wooden hut that is located in the backyard garden. The beds were not comfortable. If you no choice then you can rent it.

I expressly warn against this guest. During the arrival I was asked to book for 1 person! To accept! The family consisted of 5! Persons and the agreed cash payment a lot out!! The outbuilding was bricked out of stone and the mattresses are new!

Disappointing

Mario wasn’t available, left a friend in charge who spoke very little English. The listing said English was spoken. The smart TV wasn’t very smart. The wifi was so weak that Netflix couldn’t load on the smart tv. The wifi listing didn’t always show up on my phone. Made it very difficult to plan outings when you had to stand in the kitchen area to get a strong enough signal to search anything. There was no washer as per the listing said. The bed was propped up in the middle(underneath) with 2 x 4’s.

I had a very lively communication with Marie, by phone and via WhatsApp. The beds are like in the photos. The Wi-Fi had a technical restriction from the provider, that is clarified and the washing machine is in the house, because there is no room in the small apartment. Communication is everything, we would have liked to help ❤️

Von dem Trubel in die Ruheoase

Der Aufenthalt bei Mario war toll. Er ist ein sehr herzlicher Vermieter. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht so viel Glück. Aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. Leider konnten wir den schönen Pool nicht nutzen, weil das Wetter es nicht zugelassen hat. Von der Unterkunft aus waren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen und wir haben viel in Berlin unternommen. Vielen Dank Mario für die schöne Zeit!

the appartment is in fact a small bungalow , with all commodities . Mario , bitte fürs nächste Mal , die Kühlschrank hinein stellen , das wäre doch viel bequemer ... Sonst , alles zu unseren persönlicher Geschmack .

Prima plek om Berlijn te verkennen

Fijne en goede gastheer. Misschien wat krap om met z’n vieren te verblijven, maar we waren de meeste tijd op stap om Berlijn te ontdekken, dus was het voor ons geen probleem. Goede verbinding met het OV, bus op loopafstand. En heerlijk om even af te koelen in het zwembad op een warme zomerdag.

Entspannte Ruheoase

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastfreundschaft in kleiner Ruheoase. Wir durften den Garten und den Pool benutzen. Grillen ist auch möglich. Marion war ein aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt
