Escape to The Seven—a 57-acre farm sanctuary in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, just 90 minutes from DC. This modern retreat features 4BR/4BA, a private 21-acre lake, wellness salt room, hot tub, firepit, and scenic nature trails. Designed for rest and renewal, it’s a peaceful escape for families, groups, and intentional gatherings seeking stillness, connection, and countryside luxury in a truly private setting.
The Seven is intentionally designed as a peaceful, restorative retreat. The quiet and natural beauty of the land are part of what make this space special, and we ask guests to help preserve that experience.

Please observe quiet hours after 8:00pm, especially outdoors. Sound carries easily across the valley, so we ask that you keep noise low while enjoying the hot tub, firepit, and outdoor spaces in the evening.

This is not a party property. Parties and large, loud gatherings inside or outside are not permitted.

We appreciate your respect for the space and the surrounding community so that everyone can enjoy the stillness and serenity The Seven offers.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, guests will be asked to complete a simple liability waiver prior to arrival for use of the property’s amenities, including the lake, creek, and wellness spaces.

Absolutely everything was AMAZING! This “home away from home” was perfect for us! We had our 2 sons and their families that haven’t all been together in over 7 years (plus 2 new additions since then) The home was decorated and layed out so well and equipped with much more than we expected! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we wanted/needed! It is a very secluded, quiet setting with stunning views! We simply can not put into words how wonderful this experience has been for us! We highly recommend to everyone!
