Sofa sinkt und ist voll dreckig .Töpfe und pfannen eine Katastrophe Beschichtung defekt.. eine Steckdose hängt komplett raus lebensgefährlich..wir haben Ungeziefer entdeckt..Toiletten frisch Wasser ist. Undicht.. Fliesen immer nass ..ein Backofen war vorhanden..kein Backblech kein Gittern im Backofen..usw..

Es gibt mehrere Aktivitäten die man in Wilhelmshaven machen kann, man sollte allerdings um das zu Geniessen von diesem Vermieter Abstand nehmen

Anscheinend kein Geld um neue Ausstattung zu kaufen, die Küchenutensilien sind unbrauchbar

Wir waren vier Wochen in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Man kann von hier durchgehend unter Blätterdach bis zum Rosarium laufen (durch die Parks). Sehr schön Jeden Tag waren wir in der Nordsee oder im Banter See ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt! Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und auch teilweise Fahrräder ausgeliehen und haben Ausflüge nach Dangast, Wattwanderung in Schillig und einen Surfkurs in Hooksiel gemacht

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie im Inserat beschrieben. Gemütliche Betten sorgen für guten Schlaf.Nähe Innenstadt, Chinarestaurant 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Kurpark mit Spielplatz direkt nebenan. Parkplatz findet man immer in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral.

Sauber, nur für vier Personen

Die Wohnung war modern und ordentlich. In der Küche waren grundlegende Dinfe wie Salz und Filte für die Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, Klopapier, Mülltüten und Backpapier leider nicht, was absolut okay ist. Gestört hat nur, dass der Kontakt zum Vermieter sofort eingestellt wurde sobald wir vor Ort waren und wir somit KEIN WLAN Passwort bekommen trotz häufiger Nachfrage. Zudem ist die ausgeschriebene Schlafcouch ein ganz normales Sofa, was auf Dauer natürlich nicht zum Schlafen einlädt. Da sollte man einfach nur vier Schlafplätze ausschreiben. Da könnte man in das große Esszimmer einfach ein Bett stellen. Zuletzt finde ich den Preis für Bettwäsche und Handtücher absolut unangebracht und es war ärgerlich, dass die Hälfte des Gepäcks somit damit befüllt war. Die Lage war ruhig und zentral genug. An Sauberkeit hat es grundsätzlich nicht gemangelt. Für vier Personen gerne wieder, wenn man auch das WLAN Passwort kriegen würde.
