Located in the gated Assateague Pointe Resort Community, Berlin, enjoy what this 2-bedroom resort has to offer. Guests will find two queen beds that promise a restful night’s sleep. The space feels welcoming and soothing, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. A well-equipped bathroom includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out, the resort creates an amazing atmosphere to make your stay memorable. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Amenities include two inground pools, splash pool for the little ones, horse shoe pits, shuffle board, volleyball, 1,000 ft fishing pier, paddle boats, two recreational centers with arcade games and pool tables...so much to do and see!
6 miles away from Ocean City and Assateague Island for all you 4 wheelers. So many local restaurants with fantastic food or stay in and make what you want with the luxury of a full size kitchen.
**NOTE:Property has external cameras only, facing shed and driveway. **

Eric is an excellent host. He responded quickly to my questions. He asked the reason for my stay and if there was anything he could do for our anniversary. He did an amazing job with a bottle I requested, a trail of rose petals, and a dozen roses! The place was very clean and had everything a home should have.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to OC and it was perfect! The home is wonderfully decorated, was super clean and had everything you could think of including lots of towels, an ice maker, a Keurig and extras like coffee pods, paper plates and samples of lotion and sunscreen. The two bedrooms were cozy with wonderful pillows and lots of blankets. You can tell the host has thought of every detail. It is close to Ocean City for the rides and boardwalk as well as Assateague Island if you want a more relaxed approach to the beach and to see the wild ponies. The host answered every question I had before I booked the location to when we arrived.Definitely a 10 out of 10!

WOW!! This is our 3rd time staying in Assateague Pointe and all I can say is this is literally one of the best, cleanest and well stocked rentals we've had thus far! Erin was easy and quick to respond to questions you may have. We definitely will be returning when time allows in our busy schedules.

This property was everything promised. The house and property were very clean. Communication with Erin was excellent. We were there for a kayak fishing trip and the property was in a great location to get to Assateague Island or to West Ocean City where we planned to fish. Both areas were only a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed walking out on the thousand foot pier and seeing the different wildlife. We will definitely consider staying here again when returning to the area.
