Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft
Genossen haben wir den Urlaub als solchen.
Die Ferienwohnung wurde sicher vor vielen Jahren ausgestattet - über Geschmack lässt sich streiten, das war für uns nicht entscheidend. Allerdings stören funktionelle Mängel: 1 Zimmer absolut nicht beheizbar, fehlendes Teil bei der Duschabtrennung, fehlende Ablagen im Kühlschrank, heruntergerissenes Rollo im 2. Schlafzimmer und damit keine Verdunklung möglich. Die fleckigen Wände, die zerschrammte Einrichtung und die zerkratzten Fußböden waren funktionell nicht so wichtig.
Die Eigentümerin wurde von uns am 1. Aufenthaltstag informiert, sah aber leider keine Veranlassung, für Besserung zu sorgen - und das, obwohl sie im selben Objekt wohnt.

Ich freue mich, dass Sie das Urlaub als solches genossen haben. In der Wohnung ist überall die Fussbodenheizung, deswegen sind alle Zimmer gleichermassen geheizt. Die Duschabtrennungen wurde von Anfang an so installiert und zwar in ganzen Haus, nicht nur in diese Wohnung. Die fehlende Ablage im Kühlschrank und kaputte Fensterrollo wurden gleich am ersten Tag zu Kenntnis genommen und bei erste Gelegenheit repariert. Die Wohnungseigenturmerin wohnt nicht in Österreich und von weitem nicht in selben Objekt, deswegen hat die Reparatur einige Zeit in Anspruch genommen.
