Modern and tastefully furnished, with great attention to detail, it offers space for a holiday as a couple, with friends, or with the family (max. 8 people and 2 toddlers up to 3 years old). On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find the spacious living area with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. On the adjoining south-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair and patio furniture, you can relax comfortably well into the evening hours. This floor also features a new, very well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cosy reading nook, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, the three bedrooms—each with high-quality box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m with a flat-screen TV and one measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m)—offer a spacious sleeping area, complemented by a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a small bathtub.
In the basement, in addition to another bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV, there is a bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and an additional bathtub. The sauna area, with its cosy relaxation zone, is a sure way to unwind and can also be used as a second living room (with TV). You can also access the small garden from here. For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided for you. For small children, a travel cot (Hauck 1.20 x 0.60 m) and a high chair can be ordered.
