Cosy 3-room holiday home, single-story, 75 square metres, with a sheltered sun terrace and a view of the Salzhaff from the surrounding property.
The location and amenities are perfect for families, water sports enthusiasts, active holidaymakers, and nature lovers. The beach holiday home features two separate bedrooms. One has a double bed and a clothes rack, and the other has two single beds and a closet. The bright and spacious living and dining area, complete with a fireplace, sofa nook, TV, and dining table, welcomes guests as they enter the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, and offers plenty of space for cooking and dining together on holiday. The living room opens directly onto the large, furnished sun terrace with a grill. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and offers privacy. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and has a very cosy atmosphere thanks to its tasteful decor. The holiday home is at ground level and has limited accessibility. There is only one small threshold leading to the terrace in each cottage.

Pets: One pet is welcome in each holiday home (12 euros/day plus a flat fee for pet final cleaning: 35.70 euros)

The two holiday homes—the White Beach House and the Blue Beach House—in Pepelow offer modern holiday comfort on a spacious property. The popular and tranquil coastal town of Pepelow is situated directly on the shallow Salzhaff Bay, a part of the Baltic Sea with gentle currents. This spot is considered an insider’s tip among surfers and kiteboarders, as it offers fantastic conditions for both beginners and advanced water sports enthusiasts. Families love the seemingly endless, gently sloping entry into the water, which makes carefree swimming with the little ones possible.



The two spacious, cosy, and comfortable holiday homes are furnished for 2–4 people plus a toddler and can also be booked together to accommodate 8 adults plus 2 toddlers.



Leisure:
The nearby San Pepelone campground (approx. 700 m) features a kiteboarding and surfing school, a small shop for daily necessities and fresh bread rolls, and the Seaside beach restaurant, which offers freshly caught fish and a varied breakfast menu.
The natural beach features a playground, beach volleyball, and volleyball courts, as well as rentals for surfing gear, boats, and bicycles, and fishing. The holiday homes are directly connected to the Baltic Sea Coastal Bike Path and, as a central starting point, offer great opportunities for day trips by bike in the surrounding area.



Family-Friendly Amenities:
Great playground in the immediate vicinity (100 m), 1 cot and 1 high chair per holiday home. Flat, shallow natural beach about 700 m away, children’s surfing lessons on the beach.



Pets: One house-trained dog (for a fee) is welcome in each holiday home.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
