Jumping off point for Garmisch

This was a perfect property for our family of 6 (4 kids aged 9-15 and two adults)! There was plenty of room and could comfortably sleep even 7. We had a lot of fun with the foosball table, kids had fun with the bunkbeds and we used the kitchen to cook a couple meals. We used this location as a jumping off point for our south Germany excursions. It's about one hour to the Austrian border, about 45 mins to Linderhoff and the Partnachklamm hike. Peissenberg has great grocery options (Edeka) and a good bakery. Communication was great with the owners and access to the property was easy even though we intially arrived late in the day. Highly recommend!

Zentral gelegenes Haus mit netten Gastgebern

Sehr gut gelegenes Haus für Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sehr nette Gastgeber (u.a. gefüllte Obstschale, Bier im Kühlschrank). Highlights eine mit Holz befeuerte große Sauna und der Kicker in der Wohnung!

Gallina ist eine tolle Vermieterin, die Kommunikation vorab und vor Ort war prima. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig, in der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für uns war es ein schönes Wochenende bei Gallina.

Tolle Lage, sauberes Haus, freundliche Gastgeber

Es ist mir eine große Freude, dieses Haus für Ihren Urlaub zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz, eine Fußgängerzone und Geschäfte. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber. Matratzen, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien - alles in gutem Zustand. Wir haben viele Spiele, einen Lego-Konstruktor und Bücher gefunden. Es gibt ein Trampolin und einen kleinen Spielplatz im Innenhof des Hauses. Die Grillterrasse verdient ein gesondertes Lob - viel Platz, ein gemütlicher Ort zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist innerhalb von 1 Stunde Fahrt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Zug (was für uns bequemer war). Ich bin sicher, dass wir hier wieder Urlaub machen werden.

Alles, was man braucht

Von außen ist das Haus etwas unscheinbar, hat aber alles, was kann braucht. Der große Esstisch lässt zum Spielen, Essen und Quatschen ein, die Loungemöbel auf dem Balkon wären bei gutem Wetter bestimmt stark frequentiert gewesen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Töpfe, Gläser, Besteck etc für alle. Kleiner Hinweis zu den Zimmern: das große Zimmer mit Doppelbett und das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett für drei Personen sind richtige Zimmer, das letzte Zimmer mit dem normalen Hochbett ist ein Durchgangszimmer.

Sehr schöne Gegend

Ich dachte, es ist ein Ferienhaus, soch es war eine Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock, aber mit einer traumhaften Dachterrase. Was ich ganz super fand, alles war in der Kücheund sonst vorhanden, wir mussten nur das Essen und trinken mitbringen In nächster Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber
