The villa has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk bed,one bathroom and one guest toilette, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room - it all spreads over two floors.There is a partial view of the sea from the terrace. The villa lays on a 800 sqm property andhas a private pool (9 x 3 x 1,55 m). The spacious garden with barbecue and the pool is a perfect spot to spend your relaxing holiday. A private parking spot provided. The villa is brand new, fully equipped and ideal for families with children or couples. Book yourself your dream vacation villa!The pool is open 31.03.-01.10. Great holiday home

The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool was great. The outside table was a great feature and we had most of our meals outdoors. The house is in a small village and 1km from a small supermarket and a nice pub called Konoba Pud Brest. Glavotok lovely beach is only 10min drive.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Ein schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr, mit guter Ausstattung und Klimaanlage in allen Räumen (außer im recht kleinen Etagenbettzimmer). Zwei große Sonnenschirme vorhanden und der Pool war auch toll. Einziges kleines Manko war das Fehlen eines Tores bei der Grundstückseinfahrt. Haben wir aber nur vermisst, weil wir mit Hund da waren und somit das Grundstück nicht vollständig umzäunt war. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt im Nachbarort, mit dem Auto nur eine Minute. Wir können das Haus ohne schlechtes Gewissen für eine 4 bis 6 köpfige Familie weiterempfehlen.

Special place!

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und einfach. Das perfekte Haus für einen Familienurlaub oder einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Besonders schön war der outdoor Grill und der Poolbereich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt nahe gelegene Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Ferienhaus von Tomislav hat unseren Erwartungen völlig entsprochen , es war super sauber und sehr ruhig. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Pool sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus - unfreundlicher Gastgeber

Das Haus ist super gepflegt und toll angelegt. Leider wurden wir am ersten Tag unfreundlich und aggressiv empfangen. Wir eine Gruppe von 6 Frauen sind voller Freude nach einer langen Anreise angekommen. Bekannte haben uns am Abend dort besucht, bis der Besitzer völligst aggressiv sagte wir müssen sofort ALLE das Haus verlassen. Die Argentur war super schnell da und klärte uns auf. In diesem Haus darf man scheinbar keinerlei Gäste empfangen. Es wäre sinnvoll dies vorher zu kommunizieren. Wir kamen uns die Woche sehr beobachtet vor und konnten den Urlaub nur bedingt genießen. Das Haus ist nett angelegt, aber ziemlich einsichtig. Der Besitzer hat uns sehr Angst gemacht und aus diesem Grunde würde ich das Haus nicht nochmal buchen.

A beautiful place to relax. New house with everything you need. Lovely pool just for you. Fantastic grill. Around the house grow fragrant rosemary and lavender. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the terrace. Nice owner, always helpful, thank you. We recommend this villa for a wonderful and unforgettable holiday :)
