2-room non-smoking apartment on the 1st floor, approx. 35 sqm, with a swimming pool and sauna (free of charge) in the building.
The apartment was thoroughly renovated at the beginning of 2020 and features new, high-quality furnishings:

LIVING ROOM: couch, coffee table, chaise lounge, flat-screen TV, dining table with 3 chairs
KITCHENETTE with dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop
BEDROOM Cosy with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a spacious closet in the hallway.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. The entire apartment has a unique character thanks to its typical sloping ceilings.
As a result, the shower in the bathroom is slightly lower.
Spacious terrace in the garden for exclusive use, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair.
Parking and bike racks at the house. Location: Quietly located on the marshes; shopping is a 15-minute walk away, and the centre of Wyk, the beach, and the spa centre are about a 20-minute walk away.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Pets are welcome upon request and for a fee (1 pet).
