Hello, hello, and a warm welcome... A beautiful half of a house with a well-thought-out floor plan. It can accommodate up to eight people. With a cosy atmosphere, comfortable and stylish furnishings, this home offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The living space (approximately 130 m²) is laid out as follows: entryway, utility room with washing machine, storage room, shower room, living room with open kitchen, and direct access to the patio and garden. The beautiful full bathroom is located upstairs. Bedroom (1) with a double bed (90 x 200 cm mattresses) + TV, bedroom (2) with a double bed (90 x 200 cm mattresses), bedroom (3) with two single beds (80 x 200 cm mattresses) + TV, and a cosy bedroom (4) in the attic with two single beds (90 x 200 cm mattresses). Shutters, Wi-Fi, and 2 parking spaces round out the home’s amenities. And… a partial ocean view from the bedroom on the 1st floor. Both halves of the duplex share a common fence. Two friendly dogs are welcome.
