This comfortable holiday rental offers everything your heart desires and invites you to enjoy breakfast on one of its two private balconies or to relax in its private sauna. The spacious living area connects the living room—featuring an LCD TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, and fireplace—to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a NESPRESSO coffee machine. Both bedrooms feature cosy double beds, an LCD TV, and an en suite bathroom. One features a bathtub and shower, while the other has a shower. Additionally, there is a private sauna and a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, and an underground parking space is included.

Nach wie vor eine schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen, sehr großzügig im Grundriss. Ich war seit 2023 fast jedes Jahr mindestens einmal vor Ort. Doch der Zustand der Wohnung bzgl. Sauberkeit verschlechtert sich, will nicht auf Details eingehen, aber manche Dinge sind nicht akzeptabel. Wird auch mit der hohen Auslastung zu tun haben, aber bitte daran arbeiten, dass diese Wohnung auch in Zukunft eine sehr gute Option bleibt.

Prima Lage sowohl zum Strand (5min) als auch zum Zentrum (8min). Wohnung mit gut durchdachtem Grundriss, macht Spaß dort, selbst, wenn man mal einen Regentag hat. Maintenance nicht vergessen, auch Klasse nutzt sich ab.

Auszeit vom Alltag mit Sauna und Kamin

Sehr gepflegte gut gelegene Anlage, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand und der Fußgängerzone mit Bäcker fürs Frühstück. Tolle Wohnung mit hochwertigen Möbeln und sehr guter Ausstattung. Sauna und Kamin laden zu kuscheligen Abenden ein.
