Good location, nice views

Nice stay, with great views. No means of cooling the apartment in the summer heat other than a fan and breezes from the window. Great location next to a park and a short walk from the central station.

Thank you for your comment. You are right we provide a fan to get a chance to circulate the air. We are not able to install an air condition, as we usually don´t have such a summer heat in germany. You can be happy to have experienced this summer time with us. All the best from Augsburg :)

Great view!

Wow- this apartment was a wonderful surprise in every way.....staying in an iconic brutalist landmark near the top floor with views to the Austrian Alps....right next door to the Kongress Am Park where we came to see a gig...very close to trams as well as grocery shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was fabulous- perfect for a couple and it was cool, clean and luxurious. Thank you Anna & Manu for your hospitality and excellent communication. Check in was so easy and we were truly sad to leave....but we will come back to Augsburg and to the apartment again I am sure!

What an Amazing Property!

We spent five days in Augsburg to visit family, and selected this property because it was just a 15 minute walk from where they lived. We were definitely not disappointed! The checkin process was super easy, and when we entered the space for the first time, it was just as lovely as the photos on the listing. It's bright, clean, and comfortable. The building is conveniently located to tram and bus lines, as well as within easy walking distance of the nearest Bahnhof. There's a beautiful park behind it, where we strolled in the evenings, and if you want to grab a quick beverage and a delicious Doner, there's a small corner store nearby. But our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the evenings, just relaxing, drinking wine and eating cheese, and looking out over the city as the sun went down. Anna and Manu were excellent hosts, and stayed in communication with us the entire time. We had no problems whatsoever, and will definitely stay here again next time we visit. The apartment is gorgeous, and we absolutely loved it!

Ein Wohlfühlort in bester Lage

Dank der Top-Lage der Ferienwohnung ist man in wenigen Minuten mit der Bahn oder zu Fuß in der Augsburger Innenstadt. Der angrenzende Park mit Biergarten lädt zum Spazieren und Entspannen ein. Die Ausstattung entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung; es ist alles da, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Absolutes Highlight ist der tolle Ausblick über die Stadt. Ob beim Frühstück in der Morgensonne auf dem Balkon oder beim Tagesausklang in der Badewanne - hier lässt sich wunderbar eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Manu ist schnell und freundlich; die kleine "Schnitzeljagd" zum Selbst-Check-in unkompliziert und gut beschrieben.Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder in diese schöne Wohnung!

Kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Insgesamt stimmt die Beschreibung und die Wohnung hat dem entsprochen. Einzige Problem z.Z. ist das Park. 300 m weiter gibt es einen öffentlichen Parkplatz der auch von den Hotelgästen genutzt wird.

Wohnung über den Dächern der Stadt

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 29. Stock des "Hotelturm". Im Haus sind entsprechende Ferienobjekte, aber auch dauerhaft bewohnte Wohnungen. Trotz Baustelle an der Tiefgarage des Kongresshotels ist die Parkplatzsituation mit einem Ausweichparkplatz geklärt.
