There is currently a construction site in the immediate vicinity, which may result in occasional construction noise. The exterior work is largely complete, so most of the work now involves the interior. We have already factored this into the daily rental rate. We recommend that guests who are particularly sensitive to noise take this into account when booking.

This modern, renovated, nearly detached 5-star holiday home—with approximately 135 m² (living and usable space)—accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Tinnum on the border with Westerland, offering a combination of high-quality amenities and absolute comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, modern kitchen-dining area with an adjacent, light-filled living and dining area. The first double bedroom, complete with an en suite shower room, is also located on the ground floor. A small wellness area on the ground floor, equipped with a sauna and a shower room, offers you complete relaxation. The second double bedroom is also located on the ground floor, featuring a cosy window seat with a view of Tinnum’s dike meadows. Enjoy the sunset on the balcony overlooking the garden. You’re also welcome to use the patio and the adjacent garden, which features outdoor furniture and a beach chair (in season). Free Wi-Fi, two designated parking spaces in front of the house, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Sylt Seascape III is located in a very quiet spot on a side street in the town of Tinnum, right next to the dike meadows. It offers ideal opportunities for biking and hiking. The nearest supermarket is about five to seven minutes away. The beach is an 8-minute bike ride or a 15- to 20-minute walk away. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
