Wohnung, Lage und Größe und Ausstattung sehr gut.Abzüge bei der Couch, total durchgesessen. Nicht gut.Die größten Abzüge gibt es bei der Terrasse und dem Garten. Beides total verkommen, runtergekommen und ungepflegt, nicht benutzbar!!!Die Darstellung im Internet war eine ganz andere. Die Fotos verhießen eine freundliche Terrasse, die zum Sitzen einlud und einen schönen Gartenbereich.Das war wirklich extrem enttäuschend für uns!Schade, denn damit verliert die Wohnung in der hervorragenden Lage deutlich .DIe Besitzer müssten sichn unbedingt mal um das AUßengelände kümmern und es instandsetzen.

Tolle Wohnung mit einigen "Abers"

Die Wohnung hat beides: tolle Vorteile aber auch durchaus dringenden Handlungsbedarf. Die Lage ist hervorragend: ruhig und idyllisch am Park und gleichzeitig sehr zentral, sodass man in 5 Minuten in der Stadt ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Der Garten ist süß und eine Terrasse ist natürlich eine praktische Sache. Gleichzeitig braucht die Wohnung einiges an Aufmerksamkeit. Die Terrasse müsste gereinigt werden (Algenbewuchs, Rutschgefahr) und der marode Tisch ausgewechselt werden. Der Garten ist relativ zugewachsen und benötigt einen guten Rückschnitt, damit man gut durchgehen kann und die Terrasse besser nutzen kann. Der Duschvorhang hat unten gut geschimmelt und muss ausgewechselt werden. Vier Glühbirnen sind kaputt. Das Radio ("Stereoanlage") ist bestimmt schon 20 Jahre alt und funktioniert sehr schlecht. Auf manche Stühle sollte man sich nicht setzen. Was uns aber sehr bedrückt hat, war der schlechte Reinigungszustand - Krümel und Hundehaare auf Boden in allen Zimmern und in Sofas, tote Fliegen in Sesseln, Gegenstände und Essen unter Sofas und Betten, dreckige Oberlichter, etc. Zum Glück war der Vermietservice sehr zuvorkommend und hat bzgl. Reinigungszustand für schnelle und ausreichende Abhilfe gesorgt. Generell war der Vermietservice sehr freundlich, professionell und unterstützend. Wenn die Abers nicht wären, dann wären es 5 Sterne.

Ferien mit Muddi am Narzissenmeer :-)

Top Standort für meine tüddelige und etwas langsam gewordene Mutter. Wir waren schnell im Ort und am Bus. Leider ist der Eingang nicht ganz altersgerecht und das Gartentor bräuchte eine Reparatur. Wir wurden sehr lieb empfangen. Noch einmal Danke an Anke!!!!
