Hervorragende Lage

Eine sehr saubere, ebenerdige und gut durchdachte Ferienwohnung mit einem kleinen Außenbereich und einer Terrasse ließ uns unseren Aufenthalt am Balaton genießen. Die Lärmbelastung durch die Bauarbeiten gegenüber hielt sich in Grenzen und der Ferienkomplex war sehr leise. Die direkte Lage am Balaton hat uns sehr gefallen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Lage und die Unterkunft waren sehr schön. Was nicht so schön war, war die Baustelle direkt neben dem Garten. Und die Baugeräusche von morgens bis abends, wovon wir vorher leider nichts wussten. Aber durch Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin haben wir eine Lösung gefunden die für alle in Ordnung war.

Sehr schönes Apartment in super Lage.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, hat einer super Lage und eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Leider wird gerade ein neuer Apartmentkomplex auf dem Nachbargrundstück gebaut, was wir leider erst bei der Ankunft erfahren haben. Der Baulärm war leider etwas störend. Es soll jedoch noch Ende des Jahres beendet werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und auch die Vertreterin in Ungarn war sehr freundlich. Ohne die Baustelle würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Es tut mir Leid, wenn es zu Unannehmlichkeiten kam. Wenn große Schäden in der Wohnung entstehen, dann muss ich diesen Schaden melden. Ich denke, dass eine schlechte Bewertung deswegen nicht angemessen ist, zumal der Schaden vom Gast stammt.
