With two separate bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a lovely terrace with a garden lounge and sun lounger, this accommodation can accommodate up to five people. A beautiful view of the Borkum Nature Reserve is included in your booking!<br><br>Our “Deichfried Holiday Apartment” in the “Under de Dieck Holiday Home” spans 75 m², features a separate entrance, and extends over two levels—the ground floor and the basement. <br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room with a dining area and a seating area featuring a TV and a Bose SoundLink. Here, you can unwind after a day at the beach or a bike ride. <br><br>For convenient self-catering, the separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle). <br><br>A well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and hair dryer is also located on this floor.<br><br>Two separate bedrooms in the basement promise a comfortable night’s sleep and restful nights. They are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) or a catamaran/bunk bed (lower mattress 140 x 200 cm, upper mattress 90 x 200 cm). <br><br>The apartment’s private terrace, complete with a comfortable garden lounge and a sun lounger, is particularly lovely. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunny hours in the crisp North Sea air—ideal for reading your holiday books in peace and relaxing to your heart’s content. There’s a dog beach very close to our “Deichfried” holiday rental. The house is ideally situated for nature lovers, as the well-known “Greune Stee” forest and nature reserve begins almost right at your doorstep—perfect for long walks and bike rides.<br><br>On Borkum, you’ll enjoy a North Sea holiday full of adventure: Indulge in pampering massages at the “Gezeitenland” water park or try sports like surfing, sailing, and beach volleyball.
