Sehr schönes Appartment. Das Smart Home benötigt aber doch eine eingehende Erklärung. Wenn man es kapiert hat wie Licht, Rolladen und TV funktionieren, geht das wie von selbst. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Spaziergang in die Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.
