Vieles leider Abgewohnt - Fazit: Nicht noch mal!

Toll ausgebautes Dachgeschoss. Leider konnte man das obere Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen, da die Doppelliege durchgelegen war und man nach einer Nacht Rückenschmerzen bekam. Das WLAN funktionierte 4 Tage einigermaßen mit 150 MBit, danach unterirdisch mit Leistung von zum Teil nur 5 MBit und andauernden Abbrüchen. Email an Appartmentverwalter geschickt, leider keine Rückmeldung. Die Einbauküche hatte ihre besten Tage auch hinter sich, schief hängende Türen und ein viel zu kleiner Kühlschrank, der sich alle paar Stunden lautstark bemerkbar machte. Wie soll man da Lebensmittel für bis zu 4 Personen unterbringen??? Das Geschirr war ein Sammelsurium verschiedenster Dekore. Je Menge kleiner Tassen, zig Teller in den schrillsten Farben, dafür aber KEIN scharfes Messer bzw. eine vernünftige Küchenschere. Die Toilettenspülung ist auch nicht sonderlich ökomisch, da man zum Spülen den Taster festhalten muss. Der Toilettensitz könnte auch mal wieder befestigt werden. Beim Duschen vergingen gefühlt 2 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kam. Die Sitzgarnitur im Wohnzimmer lud auch nicht zum Verweilen auf, bestand aus einem Sofa und 2 Ratansesseln mit dünnen Sitzkissen, alles zusammen ziemlich unbequem. Kurzum - viel zu teuer für dass, was man bekommt. Wir finden, jeder Eigentümer sollte seine Wohnung mindestens 3 Wochen selber bewohnen, bevor er diese in die Vermietung gibt. Denn dann erfährt er selbst am eigenen Leib, ob das, was er seinen Gästen anbietet, okay und seinen Preis wert ist.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliche agentur, es fehlten leider wenigstens 2 Spülmaschinentabs bzw spülmittel, oder Reinigsmittel Bad, das waren wir anders gewohnt. Betten sehr hart. Wlan funktionierte gut. Der Urlaub war aber wunderbar.
