Six adult guests and two children can enjoy their holiday in this exceptionally stylish retreat. The house is located just 800 metres from the beautiful beach at Groß Schwansee. Its low-traffic location within a holiday home community and the fenced-in property offer ideal conditions for a relaxing family holiday or a getaway with friends. Your dog is a very welcome guest—for a fee. Directly from the holiday home’s property, you can access a neighbouring dirt road. The ground-floor living area, featuring an inviting living/dining room, is designed with ample space, making it accessible to wheelchair users. The interior doors of this stylish home are wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through. In the living area, very comfortable furniture and a cosy wood-burning stove invite you to enjoy a relaxing get-together. A TV and free Wi-Fi are available. The kitchenette, which is superbly equipped, features an induction stove, dishwasher, and much more. You can enjoy your meals comfortably either at the large dining table or, in the summer, on the ground-level terrace. It’s also worth noting that Haus Barkley features four separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and a TV. A third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, and the fourth has a pull-out single bed, so that two people can stay in this sleeping area if needed. On the upper floor of the house, there is another bathroom with natural light, featuring a bathtub and a walk-in shower. For those special moments of relaxation, we recommend using the on-site sauna—for a fee. The exclusive amenities of this thatched-roof house promise all guests a very relaxing stay. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made for you as part of the included services. A handcart is available for children. You’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer.
