The lovingly furnished house offers 130 square metres of living space, including a large living room with a dining table for 8 people and a cosy seating area. Adjacent to it is a terrace sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, complete with patio furniture, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen-dining area with seating. For coffee lovers, both a standard filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are available.

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 large double beds and 2 queen-size beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and a bathtub). Three TVs, a DVD player, a stereo system with an iPod docking station, and Wi-Fi throughout the house make it a pleasant place to relax even on days with inclement weather.

The house is equipped with a washer-dryer, an ironing board, and a hotel-style safe for your valuables.
A small dog is also welcome in this property (additional fee).
A private parking space is located right next to the house.



Please be aware that the lower part of the house, with a separate entrance, is under a long-term lease. This means you will not be completely alone on the property. However, the parking space, the terrace, and the garden naturally belong exclusively to your part of the house.
