Piękna zielona okolica przez co nie ma upałów. Cisza i spokój pozwalajaca cieszyć się kawą na tarasie. Dom ma swoje lata ale jest wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba nawet kawę i wino ( dziękujemy Marin:)). Basen duży, czysty i nowoczesny z pięknym widokiem na rzekę. Rzeka nie jest rwąca wiec można w niej pływać zwiedzajac jednocześnie okolicę. Niedaleko, ale trzeba jechac autem, jest piekarnia, sklep i bar. Nieruchomość szczegolnie polecam właścicielom psów gdyż cały teren jest duży i ogrodzony. I co najważniejsze bardzo życzliwi i kontaktowi właściciele.
