Our stay at this villa was extremely disappointing. We found rodent droppings in the kitchen, saw a mouse, and had to remove all of our food for safety. The home was unsanitary and unsafe, especially for the youth group we brought. Communication and response from the rental company were inadequate. We cannot recommend this property.

As soon as your concern was reported, we responded promptly, coordinated an inspection, and arranged for a licensed pest control company to visit the property. Our homes are enrolled in a regular professional pest control program, and the inspection did not identify any evidence of an active rodent infestation. We understand how concerning this type of report can be, which is why we took it seriously and acted immediately. Providing a clean, safe, and well-maintained home remains our highest priority, and we continue to follow strict inspection and preventive maintenance procedures between every stay. We remain committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.
