100-square-meter apartment in a historic villa: Am Heiligen Brunnen, Quedlinburg

We’d like to invite you to our charming, stylish Wilhelminian-style villa from 1908 in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Quedlinburg. From the spacious 100-square-meter apartment, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the park with its old plane trees right in front of our house. <br>Free parking is available right in front of our villa, which is located on the edge of the historic old town, just a short 10-minute walk from the market square in the centre.<br><br>Our apartment, freshly renovated in 2021, is now ready! Our children have moved out, so we have plenty of space for guests. <br>Our apartment occupies the entire ground floor of our house (100 square metres all to yourself!) and features a spacious, light-filled living room with two comfortable sofas, an antique display cabinet, a dining area for up to 6 people, a sideboard with a TV, a stereo system, a Wi-Fi router, and an extensive selection of books and games for all ages. This room is combined with a romantic sleeping area featuring a queen-size bed, a writing desk, and a wardrobe.<br><br>In the second room, the bay window room—which also overlooks the park—you’ll find a second large double bed (200 x 200 cm) as well as a cosy seating area in the bay window with two armchairs and a small table, plus a fold-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers for your clothes, and shelves with a large collection of mystery novels. Travel magazines and plenty of informational material to inspire your excursions are available for you.<br><br>The solid-wood kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a modern stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Of course, it also includes everything you need for cooking, such as pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, etc.<br>Children’s tableware is also available! <br>A modern, bright bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a new sink, and a toilet rounds out the holiday rental. Body wash, hand sanitiser, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for your use. <br><br>A cot and a high chair are available upon request. <br>In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket with a fresh food counter offering meat, cold cuts, cheese, and salads. The bakery offers a wide selection of bread rolls and cakes. <br><br>You’ll also find a hair salon, a pet store, a pharmacy, a Sparkasse ATM, and an electric car charging station in the Weyhegarten shopping arcade.
