Welcome to the home we call Pelican Point where you can relax in the screen porch area as the pelicans glide by. Watch the wildlife up close as this home looks over the beautiful waters of St. James Island. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a well appointed kitchen, it is the perfect get away with family or a couple's quick trip to renew and refresh as this is a laid back area. All new furniture and decorated to make you feel that you are on the island. Spend the day fishing as this area boast some of the best fishing for reds or trout. The dock even has a boat lift plus Lanark Village marina is only a couple miles away which make it convenient for boaters to slip in their boat and cruise to the dock. Then unwind by watching the sunset from the hot tub. For those who love to golf, St. James Bay golf and pickle ball is only 1-1/2 miles from this home plus a clubhouse restaurant with great food. Want to explore or head to the beach? Carrabelle beach, St. George Island and Apalachicola are just a short drive west and each have their unique vives. Catch your dinner from the dock or cruise to some of the great local places. This is where you actually relax and let all your worries drift away.

This house was beautiful! The view was stunning and the house had everything you needed. I wish the beach area was a little cleaner so we could enjoy the water but for the most part it was an amazing trip.

Thank you for renting our home for your vacation. We too, love that view and the sunsets. Mother nature does her thing but when we get back there, we will clean the beach.
