Sehr schöne, geräumige und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Achensee ist traumhaft, und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Erwartungen übertroffen

Mit zwei Labradoren perfekt: das Haus komplett barrierefrei, der große Garten sicher umzäunt und der sympathisch hilfsbereite Vermieter ein wahrer Tierfreund. Vom Schuhanzieher bis zum guten Wetter (alternativ Pelletofen) war alles vorhanden. Ausreichend Platz im Haus, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, praktische Küche, bequeme Betten. Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Winterurlaubswoche in Woche

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Jessy in Maurach. Die Unterkunft macht einen neuwertigen Eindruck, u. a. mit einem modernen Pellets-Kaminofen, der an kalten Tagen die reguläre Heizung unterstützen kann. Drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett bieten ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der Garagenstellplatz sowie zwei weitere PKW-Stellplätze vor dem Haus. Der überdachte und abschließbare Bereich zwischen Garage und Haus bietet viel Platz für Skiausrüstung etc. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei - man muss allerdings den steilen Zufahrtsweg überwinden :) . Die Ausstattung der Küche war in Ordnung, ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten allerdings, z. B. Schüsseln - wurden aber auf Nachfrage vom Vermieter nachgereicht. Wünschenswert wäre ein kleiner Stuhl in jedem Schlafzimmer, um z. B. Kleidung abzulegen. Und dass das separate WC kein Waschbecken besitzt, ist zumindest gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist - wenn man mit der schmalen, steilen Anfahrt keine Probleme hat - sehr schön. Sowohl das Zentrum von Maurach, die Ortsloipen als auch die Rofan-Seilbahn sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die nahe gelegene Bundesstraße stört kein bisschen. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft, die wir gern weiter empfehlen.
