Clean and well maintained. Owner was responsive to any questions, and location is close to things. We were able to walk from the airport to the house.

About the host

Host profile image
Hi! I’m Yusi 😊

I was born in Cuba and raised right here in South Florida, so hospitality has always been a big part of who I am. As a licensed Florida Realtor, I’ve spent the past few years helping families find a place to call home, and for over 15 years, I’ve hosted loved ones and created spaces where people feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for.

Traveling is something I truly enjoy, especially exploring national parks with my family and soaking in nature. I bring that same appreciation for meaningful experiences into every stay I host.

This is a family-run home, and my goal is simple: for you to feel at ease, like you belong here.

If you happen to fall in love with the area, I’d be more than happy to share some local insights (and yes, even real estate tips 😉).

Looking forward to hosting you!
Yusi

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because it offers the best of both worlds: close to everything worth exploring without the high price tag of more touristy spots. You’re just a short drive from beaches, downtown, restaurants, and local attractions, while still enjoying a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood feel.

It’s the kind of place where you can unwind after a full day out, avoid the crowds, and experience Sarasota more like a local.

As a host (and a local), I also love that it’s convenient, central, and practical, whether you’re here for work, a quick getaway, or a longer stay.

What makes this property unique

Rilma’s Villa was designed to feel like a cozy, stylish retreat, not just another rental. From the mid-century touches to the navy and lemon accents, every detail was thoughtfully chosen to create a space that feels both fresh and inviting. 🍋

What truly sets it apart is the balance between comfort and intention. You’ll find a clean, well-equipped home with little extras that make a difference, comfortable beds, a functional workspace, and spaces to relax after a long day.

It’s also a family-run home, which means we genuinely care about your experience. This isn’t a large management company; it’s a space we’ve put together with pride, hoping guests feel welcomed and at ease from the moment they walk in.

Whether you’re here for work, a getaway, or an extended stay, Rilma’s Villa is meant to feel like your home away from home.
