The summer house in a quiet location, completed in 2022, has two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with large shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen is well equipped and the corner couch invites you to relax, a terrace for cozy evenings with a wine or similar.

There are several shopping facilities in the village, post office, gardener, gas station, beverage market, etc.

A bakery and supermarket are within walking distance.

For active people and those who are just looking for peace and quiet in nature, the area is just right.

From Zittau, 10km away, you can take the narrow-gauge railroad to the mountains.

A visit to Oderwitz or the Upper Lusatia is always worthwhile, test it.

Oderwitz in the Upper Lusatia is located in Saxony in the border triangle D / Pl / CZ. The hilly landscape offers various possibilities to be active, e.g. hiking, biking, swimming in numerous lakes and outdoor pools, rock climbing for experienced climbers or climbing school for beginners. You can also indulge in culinary delights here. The 512 m high local mountain "Spitzberg" invites with its beautiful beer garden and very good cuisine to a hiking break. The summit rock offers 360* panoramic view over the village, the nearby Czech Republic and Poland. A climbing school is also active. The mountain can be easily reached on foot from the village, access by car is possible. In the nearby Czech Republic you can visit numerous castles or ruins, mostly with good cuisine to stay, in the Polish Wroclaw "on culture" make.



Dresden as the state capital with the impressive nature park "Saxon Switzerland" are highly recommended, about 1 hour drive away, the completely restored Görlitz even offers scenery for Hollywood movies. Oderwitz also has 5 Bockwindmühlen, which can be visited, one of them is still in operation. On the slope opposite the summer house is also such a mill.

Designed as a summer house, a necessary heating is done by the large Swedish wood stove, see photos.



We wish all guests a nice relaxing stay.

The outdoor cameras are not for personal control, but are a precautionary measure to ensure the highest level of security for our guests. They are active only at night.

wunderschöne Lage, Unterkunft hervorragend

Pros: Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, die Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und sogar Geschirrspüler. Das Bad schon sehr modern ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Terasse haben wir jeden Abend genutzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ein großes Lob an den Vermieter.

Tolles Holzhäuschen in ruhiger und optimaler Lage

Pros: Es war alles da was zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wurde. Eine kleine Terrasse lud für schöne gemütliche Abende ein. Ein netter Gastgeber, der sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigte. Bäcker und Einkaufsmark war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder Cons: Ein Bett knirschte ( aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau)

Das Holzhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und für Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt

Das schöne, gut eingerichtete Holzhaus liegt idyllisch am Dorfbach zwischen Kirsch- und Apfelbaum zentral zu Bäcker und Einkaufsmarkt. Hier lässt es sich aushalten!!
