You live near Goslar in a natural location, very close to the Granestausee, the Innerstestausee or the Okerstausee. Take adventurous mountain bike tours over the forested mountains, picturesque hikes or stop in to taste Harz specialties such as venison dishes, cream puffs or the famous Harz cheese. The Brocken, the highest mountain in northern Germany, is also easily accessible. Otherwise, chic small towns with handsome, historic town centers with lots of half-timbered houses like Osterode, Clausthal-Zellerfeld or Goslar attract visitors.
At home you will find a pleasant comfort in which it is excellent to relax. In a beautiful location on the edge of the forest in Lautenthal, you can relax on more than 100 square meters of living space, listen to the birds chirping while having breakfast on the terrace and enjoy extensive, contemporary amenities.

Es handelt sich um ein exzellent ausgestattetes (Sauna, Kamin, Fußbodenheizung usw.
Es handelt sich um ein exzellent ausgestattetes (Sauna, Kamin, Fußbodenheizung usw.), modernes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage am Rande der Bergstadt Lautenthal. Wir hatten in Summe einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.Für Wanderer und Erholungssuchende ist das ein sehr guter Startpunkt und Lautenthal ein perfekter Ort. Bitte aber im Klaren darüber sein, dass die Lage am höher gelegenen Ortsrand auch für alltägliche Besorgungen Wege bedeutet und Lautenthal zudem infrastrukturell teilweise nur noch Basisfunktionen bietet (kleiner Nahkauf, eingeschränkte Vielfalt der Gastronomie, kein Bäcker, keine Apotheke etc.)Für Elektrofahrer bietet sich ggf. das Haus gleichen Grundtyps nebenan an, weil dort zusätzlich eine Wallbox vorhanden ist. Wer ohne Hunde-Haustiere kommt und Hundehaare auf dem Sofa nicht gewohnt ist bzw. akzeptiert, der muss leider nochmal durchsaugen, speziell die Sitzmöbel. Kontakt zum Vermietungsservice war gut, fehlende Bettwäsche wurde zeitnah vorbeigebracht und weitere Services (z. B. Kaminholz vorbeibringen) gab es auch. Wir würden das Haus für den Familien-Wanderurlaub mit kleinen Kindern wieder buchen.
