Alte und überholte Wohnung. Gute Idee der Modernisierung, aber schlecht ausgeführt. Die TV-Fernbedienung passt nicht zur Marke des Fernsehers und die Batterien waren leer. Die Kaffeemaschine ist Cremesso und war schmutzig. Der Vermieter hat keinen kostenlosen Kaffee hinterlassen, und es war unmöglich, kompatible Kapseln zu finden, daher war die Kaffeemaschine veraltet. Im Bad sind die Heizkörper ziemlich alt und von zweifelhafter Sicherheit. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer funktioniert nur zu 20%. Und es gibt keine Verdunklungsvorhänge oder Rolladen, also muss man damit rechnen, vom Wald aus gesehen zu werden, wenn man dort schläft oder andere Dinge tut. Es gibt keine Schaufel oder Besen, um den Ort während Ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten. Schmutziges Geschirr, einige zerbrochene Gläser. Besteck sollte vor dem Gebrauch gewaschen worden sein. Die Küche ist winzig und hat keinen Backofen.Die Wohnung ist zwischen den Bäumen versteckt und hat tagsüber keine Sonne. Spinnennetze auf dem gesamten Gelände, innen und außen. Flecken auf dem Sofa von wer weiß was für einer Flüssigkeit. Tierhaare (Hund/Katze) auf den Laken. Links 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für einen 4 Tage / 3 Nächte Aufenthalt. Wir verließen 1 Nacht früher, weil wir uns auf die Heimreise freuten. So etwas ist uns noch nie zuvor passiert. Als wir den Gastgeber kontaktierten, antwortete er: Es tut uns leid für die Belästigung, wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis. Ich empfehle es nicht. Und ich würde nicht zurückgehen.

Schöne zentrale Lage

Balkonaussicht auf Triberg ist sehr angenehm. Aufgrund des noch baulich zu sanierenden Gebäudes war der erste Eindruck etwas verhalten. Nach dem Eingewöhnen war es aber sehr angenehm. Sehr ruhig und direkt am Wald. Sehr erholsam. Zum Stadtzentrum ist es auch nicht sehr weit, per Fuss erreichbar, wenn man fit ist und den steileren Rückweg wegstecken kann. Tagesausflüge für Wanderungen (im Sommer / Herbst) sind auch ohne Auto möglich. Es gibt diverse tolle Ziele, die im Bereich um die 6 Km liegen.
