"Modern, cosy, sunny—your dream apartment for a relaxing stay in the Bavarian Forest" Bright 4-room holiday apartment with a sunny balcony - 95 m² for 2–5 people Spacious, modern, and comfortable 4-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a sunny balcony, equipped with a table, chairs, balcony loungers, a parasol, a clothes drying rack, and a Weber electric grill. The 95 m² apartment is ideal for 2–5 people and features two bedrooms with blackout curtains. One bedroom, featuring a double bed, a safe, and a large closet, also offers space for an extra bed or a travel cot with bedding provided. Upon request, we can provide a high chair or a safety gate. The second bedroom has two single beds. Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels are included. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, hand towels, a hair dryer, as well as a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). There is also a separate toilet. The bright living room features a large, cosy sofa area, a table, a flat-screen satellite TV, internet radio, and free Wi-Fi. The solid-wood kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, and dishes. A corner bench with a table and chair is perfect for dining together. A parking space right next to the house, along with storage space for bicycles and skis, round out the amenities. In the morning, we’ll deliver fresh rolls upon request. Pets are not allowed in the “Kleiner Regen” holiday rental. Please note that online bookings include fees. Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You’ll receive the key in person from us. If you’re arriving on a Sunday, you can conveniently pick up the key from our key safe. We’ll provide you with the access code before your arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. at the latest. We kindly ask you to call us approximately 30 minutes before your arrival in Zwiesel so that we can be on site to hand over the keys in person. Please provide us in advance with the details of all travelling companions (first name, surname, date of birth) in advance. This will allow us to hand you your guest cards upon arrival. Visitor’s tax: The current visitor’s tax is 3.60 EUR per person per day; for children ages 6–15, it is 1.80 EUR per child per day. We are happy to provide a travel cot (including made-up bedding), a high chair, or a safety gate free of charge. Please let us know before your arrival. Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels are included in the price. Payment: Payment is due in cash upon arrival on the day of arrival. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, we will charge 90% of the total cost of the stay, unless the apartment can be rented to another guest. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total cost will be charged. We therefore recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance (e.g., ERGO Travel Insurance).
