We are delighted that you are interested in our new holiday rental!

This high-quality, comfortably furnished 3-room apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It is located on the 2nd floor, directly facing the sea, in a modern residential complex, just 50 metres from the North Sea beach.

The apartment comes with its own parking space in the basement.
The building also features an lift as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

In our holiday apartment, you’ll find:
• A cosy living room with a dining area that’s pleasantly bright thanks to the large windows, offering plenty of space for shared meals, game nights, or simply relaxing
• A Smart satellite TV (46" flat-screen), DVD player, and a hi-fi system with an iPod/iPhone docking station and USB port
• Free Wi-Fi internet access
• A spacious, partially covered, and furnished balcony facing east. It offers you the chance to start your day with breakfast outdoors in the morning sun!
• The fully equipped, modern kitchen area—featuring a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Senseo, and filter coffee maker, among other amenities—invites you to cook together.
• A cosy bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious built-in closet, a 32" flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony
• Another bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 people with a double bed and a single bed. This room also features a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Children will also find plenty of space to play here.
• A separate storage room with plenty of space for your suitcases or a stroller, for example.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), corresponding to the apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all holiday apartments.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
